What is the reason for loosening edge of wire cut molybdenum wire?

The phenomenon of loosening edge of molybdenum wire in wire cutting is generally caused by the following reasons:
1. The upper or lower rows of wires at the back end of the silk rack are not flexible or rotating. When the molybdenum wires are reversed, friction occurs and the molybdenum wires are continuously stretched. The tightness of molybdenum wire can be eliminated by changing the row rotation.
2. Deep grooves appear after long-term operation of upper and lower conductive blocks. Molybdenum wires are prone to friction when they are stuck in the grooves. When reversing, the friction force is very large, and the molybdenum wires will be stretched out. The tightness of molybdenum wire can be eliminated by replacing the conductive block or moving the conductive block left and right.
3. The wrapping angle between the upper conductive block or the lower conductive block and the molybdenum wire is too large, which makes the molybdenum wire move with a larger friction force, thus causing the molybdenum wire to produce tensile deformation, and lowering the conductive block a little.
4. The clearance of the trawl guide rail of the screw barrel causes vibration when the screw barrel moves. Slightly loosen the fastening screw of the outer guide rail, release the screw nut from the nut seat, adjust the side square head support screw, tighten the screw of the outer guide rail after eliminating the clearance, and fix the screw nut and nut seat.
5. Lead screw bearings are not flexible in rotation. The lead screw produces vibration when reversing, which relaxes one side of the molybdenum wire, tightens the other side and replaces the bearing.
