The influence of wire-cut molybdenum wire processing is introduced.
In the rapid development of modern processing industry, the development of WEDM has become the driving force of national production in many countries, and more and more advanced development industries. Next, we introduce WEDM in detail.
Cutting speed, also known as processing speed, refers to the total area cut by the center line of the electrode on the workpiece in a unit time in the process of maintaining a certain roughness of the surface, in millimeters square per minute. Cutting speed is an important index reflecting the processing efficiency, which is equal to the feed speed of the wire center along the graphic processing path multiplied by the thickness of the workpiece. Usually the cutting speed of fast WEDM is 40-80 mm square per minute, and that of slow WEDM is 350 mm square per minute. Different brands of WEDM machine tools have different processing speed, and the difference is very large, but regardless of which equipment is used, the cutting speed of iron is faster than that of copper.
